Zenith Beneath The Ashen Clouds' is the debut album from AZBAC and is grounded in the historical memory of the Capelinhos Volcano and the author's over three decades of experience in Black and Death Metal genres. Composition is self-taught, integrating software and field recordings to structure a linear progression: the album begins with the representation of forest environments and transitions into the acoustic void of ash-covered landscapes. The tracks focus on texture density and spatial elements, simulating magmatic activity and the geological isolation characteristic of the archipelago.
