Celebrating The Bat Chapter 1: Darkness Falls

From folklore to mythology, natural science to physics, bats have fascinated, entranced and haunted humankind since their first encounter. Bats are widely regarded as powerful spiritual animals and totems, often symbolising transformation, rebirth, and the release of fear. As creatures of the night they represent navigating the unknown, intuition, and inner wisdom. In many cultures they are associated with facing your fears, letting go of old patterns, and adapting to change. Artists were invited to realise in music a story, lore, experience or natural fact about bats that inspired them.
