"Ethnic music (not only Ukrainian) always attracted me with its unusually pleasant harmonies, melodies, rhythms, and moods. In this release, I've tried to combine and mix the atmosphere and freedom vibe of the Ukrainian traditional music with the robotic and monotone power of techno music. I think this experiment is successful. My name is Yurii Popov. I have been creating music for over 20 years now. Honestly, I am not sure how I came to techno. Probably, it just called me. In any case, techno is not the only music genre I create. My interests go way further into other sides of music in my different projects.
