The last of nights descends, slow and mineral, upon your grey, dim, overworked shell. The world has already gnawed through your margins; its logic sours, its angles rot. What remains is a trembling residue, a body haunted by vampire-anguish, by the counterfeit tides of a reality quietly decomposing behind the eyes. With Vreedas, Aeri Satur does not offer escape. It offers ingress. This is a night carved from sulfur and refuse, from grinning ecstasies too sharp to touch without bleeding. Nightmares here have been fed diligently, fattened on disillusion, until they stand upright, ogres of memory and relapse. They speak in ruptures: knife-riffs that slice without warning, frozen atmospheric keys that hang like breath in dead air, a piano that does not weep so much as it erodes. Around it all, anti-sound vertigo coils, carnivorous, patient. “Vreedas” whispers of paths better left unwalked, and yet… we walk. Against instinct, against reason, pulled by a gravity that feels suspiciously like desire. These are the stray corridors of the psyche, the off-map trails that lead inward, downward, elsewhere. A forest without taxonomy, without mercy. It does not merely surround you. It consumes you whole, patiently, completely. Bone by bone. Thought by thought. What unfolds is not descent, but a kind of lucid undoing. A corrosion of being. A devotional collapse into malaise and delirium. There is a strange hunger here, almost sacred in its intensity: the will to vanish, to dissolve into the black architecture of sound and absence. By the time the night releases you, if it does, it will not be with mercy. Only with what remains. A hollowed figure. A body evacuated of meaning. A silence that still hums. And somewhere in that hum, Vreedas continues, indifferent, eternal. -Sir Kuliktavikt
