Is it free?

Yes, for everyone. No fees, no commission, no paid tiers.

Do I need an account to claim a code?

No. You can claim codes without signing up. A free fan account lets you like releases, follow artists and keep a list of the codes you've claimed.

How do I use a code?

After you claim a code, you'll get a link to Bandcamp's redeem page with the code filled in. Redeem it there and download the music in whatever format the artist uploaded.

Why can I only claim one code per release?

So there are enough codes to go around for everyone.

My code didn't work. What now?

Each Bandcamp code can only be used once, so it may already have been redeemed. Try again later or let us know on Discord.

I'm an artist or label. How do I add my music?

Register as an artist or label, add a release from your dashboard and paste in your Bandcamp download codes. You can remove codes any time.

How do I make Bandcamp download codes?

In your Bandcamp account, open Tools, then Download Codes. Create a batch for your release and copy the codes. The release needs to be on Bandcamp first.
