WHNT (Why Not) is the debut single from a new dark experimental project stepping straight into the unknown. Here, orchestral textures collide with slowed-down drum & bass rhythms, dragging cinematic strings through broken-metal guitar layers. Sub-bass pulses sit underneath like a second heartbeat, while noise and distortion slowly eat away at the edges of the sound. It’s not clean. It’s not safe. It’s not supposed to be. Just a question repeated in the dark: Why not?

A collection of drifting signals, distant places and fragmented stories. Recorded in a single session, the twelve pieces on Sounds from Far Places and other Stories explore different shades of dark ambient, cinematic electronics and slowly evolving drone textures. While all tracks emerge from the same sonic world, each one follows its own atmosphere and direction — sometimes unsettling, sometimes reflective, occasionally moving into deeper cosmic territory. Layers of analog drones, decaying echoes, shifting harmonics and processed textures create environments that feel half-remembered, unstable and far away. Some pieces remain sparse and meditative, while others introduce uneasy motion, strange tonal colors and subtle hints of horror. Rather than focusing on traditional song structures, the album presents a sequence of short narrative fragments — isolated moments, transmissions and imagined locations connected by a common atmosphere of distance and mystery. Mostly dark, sometimes spacey, often eerie.

Beyond the Far Shore is first chapter in the ongoing creative collision between Mirai No Hagaki and Jené Raél — a duo that keeps finding magic in the quiet, accidental moments. This EP drifts between voice, texture, and pure feeling, moving with that suspended, weightless quality that has become their signature. Together, these 5 tracks form a small constellation — five pieces that breathe, expand, and dissolve.
