Sean Derrick Cooper Marquardt
A new enigmatic, mist-shrouded, dream-drenched sonic apparition from Sean Derrick Cooper Marquardt.
Der Schweinepriester (The Pig Priest).
The magnetic spell takes hold.
A voice recites, adrift in a fog of tinkling bells, guitaristic mishaps, ethereal jazz phantoms, ambient noise wall (like a cloud above) and drones that fog up the windows of your souls, themselves so deliciously lost in the throes of their own exquisite perdition.
The creator of a dreamlike, surrealist world whose endlessly fascinating nooks and crannies we are invited to explore, one record at a time. Releases that have, over the years, gradually become entries in an intimate sonic diary to which we have been granted the extraordinary privilege of access.
A wondrous artist whose creative journey remains a perpetual miracle.
