Documenting the flawed deciphering of the ineffable, the unknowable, the eternity of the present moment experienced in centered clarity. Recorded memories of past lives re-spoken in tone, spurred by the conception of the opposing forces in nature. The light side and the night side of nature and the respected use of their values in balance with the Law of One. Awakening inner realms and awareness of the dream state, where one becomes the active navigator instead of being carried away by ever flowing currents. In languages symbolic of the greater mysteries within and without, opening portals amongst nature’s diaspora and stepping into a state of grand realization and reclamation outside all confines of linear time. Mirroring the initiate’s journey, where illusionary veils can be lifted from great universal mysteries, so distorted by time and form once bound to the dying light of separation. For consciously imbibing lesser poisons to uncover worlds of unwinding chromatic patterns and textures through heightened sensory stimuli. For standing amidst megalithic structures of confounding magnetism and remembrance. For seeking inner and outer peace in all dimensions through truth and hermetic wisdom. For the transitioning between objective and subjective realities where one's own devachanic experience unfolds in The Lunar Temple. Spiraling into Void ever upwards.

I started working on 'Sublime Lenteur' around October 2024, it was a very grey and cloudy winter full of change and searching, I started doing these long and solitary walks in the woods, just fog, snow, rain, being there with myself, with hopes and sadness and connection and nature falling asleep with the promise of a wonderful return. and this album really became that. the season and my mind state really influenced this more than previous work. A friend called this, if translated into English, the amazing slowness. She hit the nail on the head. I would get back from these walks and directly continue working on an idea, so I was living these really wonderful moments where I had this rare feeling of being able to directly translate something into my work. This bubble of creation. It made me reflect on why I love so much to make sounds, why it means so much to me and what I feel needs to exist in it.
Words have never been my strongest point. I have many ideas in my head, often too many. I can talk a lot about them, but putting them on paper is not really me. I rather just work on my ideas. ‘cause whatever your thoughts are, as soon as it is out there and people start to listen it becomes theirs. What I might have thought up before, and have as concept behind the music, might not be how someone else listens to it. And that’s okay. If we keep in mind that my music is time focused, and I love it when it isn’t polished too much, so small errors become part of it, the music should speak enough for itself. “Continuation” is my first studio album since “En de stilstaande tijd” (2019), and shows a rougher sound staying closer to my live sound. I see this as a continuation of my live performances, though this time with various multi-track recordings brought together as a whole, all done in my home studio “Studio De Baviaan” over the course of 8 months. --- Sietse van Erve / Orphax, January 2026
Three new droning permutations from Michael Baum, suspended somewhere between gravity and evaporation. Heavy, yet untethered. Minimal, yet saturated to the point of quiet collapse. Layers of tone accumulate like slow sediment, forming vast harmonic architectures that seem to breathe on their own. Intervals stretch, fold, and shimmer with a strange, magnetic logic. You don’t listen so much as drift. There is a sense of losing orientation here, like being carried out to sea with no shoreline left to remember. The infinite swell, the patient undertow. Above, below, it no longer matters. The sky dissolves into the same endless continuum. The world reduces itself to tone and interval. Everything else recedes. Suspension. -Sir Kuliktavikt
