The Grand Design

The Grand Design is the 30th album of Tangram. This concept album is a hommage to Stephen Hawking (1942-2018) "Hazánk jelentős szintimágusának The Grand Design című lemeze a nemrég elhunyt elméleti fizikus, Stephen Hawking emlékét ápolja zeneanyagával - véletlen egybeesés, hogy épp a professzor Westminster apátságbeli temetésével egyidőben. A lemez kilenc dalcíme is a tudós munkásságának egy-egy fejezetére utal - de a művész jó érzékkel elkerülte azt a csapdát, hogy Hawking ikonikus beszédszintetizátorának hangmintáit belekomponálja valahova." (Lángoló Gitárok) credits released June 15, 2018 Cover design: Peter Baranyi Special thanks to Gabor Gerenyi Recorded and mixed on Ableton Live and MacBook Pro Instruments: Spectrasonics Omnisphere, Audjoo Helix, Arturia Analog Lab 3, Arturia Keylab Essential, Ableton Push 2, Rob Papen's Predator

Layers

Our world is layered. The deepest layer is music. BONUS ITEM: Video of album preview (HD) "Thanks for your fantastic album, had a listen on my way to Australia high up in the sky. Perfect and I really enjoyed it Peter." (Magnus Birgersson aka. Solar Fields) "Hungarian electronic wizard Fabók Péter has been dishing out a steady stream of albums since 2005. His stage name Tangram obviously points a finger in Tangerine Dream's general direction, and when you then start diving into this man's, by now, vast discography - there is indeed an emphasis on the melodically enhanced, breezy early 80s material from the original pioneers of the genre. With FB the synthesisers have had a serious overhaul though, and much of the feel and vigor now exudes an increasingly futuresque and modern sound. His style has also changed somewhat, and currently it seems as if he is exploring a spacier and more open psychedelic approach giving him an advantage in the visuals department, where he often utilizes spectacular lighting effects to enrich the concert experience - a thing that corresponds well with the psychedelic feel of the music (just ask folks who've attended a Floyd gig in downtown London 1967)." Tepidarium

"The outcome on 'Tepidarium' sounds transparent, sparkling and detailed, featuring some catchy, well rendered sequencing, warm and multi-layered synth tapestries and some lofty soloing on top." Sonic Immersion "If you love lounge-type music to chill, look not further. Tangram from Hungary deliver! It’s the perfect music to relax and pass out on the couch." makeuseof.com "Elkészült a Soundpill netlabel egyik alapítója, Tangram új nagylemeze, ez is teljes egészében letölthető ingyen. A címe Tepidarium, vagyis Gőzfürdő, a számcímek is ebben a témakörben mozognak (kivéve talán a kétrészes Hawking Methodot, bár ki tudja - az egyikhez készült klip is, lásd alant). A zene pedig Tangramtól megszokott türelmesen építkező szintibűvölés, meglepően régisulis, anélkül, hogy bármikor üres nosztalgiázásba fulladna. Hol kicsit technósabb, hol ambientes, olykor a dallamok kerülnek az előtérbe, máskor a hangszínek. Bőven érdekes tud maradni kilenc, elég hosszú számon keresztül, sőt, többedszerre is, pedig látszólag könnyen kiismerhető." Quart.hu

Tepidarium II.

Tepidarium II is a return to a musical journey that began 17 years ago. Released in 2009, the original Tepidarium was inspired by a day spent at the historic Széchenyi Thermal Baths in Budapest. Now, in 2026, Tangram revisits that world with a different perspective, shaped by time, experience, and musical evolution. Blending atmospheric electronica, immersive ambient soundscapes, evolving synthesizer textures, and hypnotic rhythms, Tepidarium II unfolds across seven compositions and 46 minutes. The same inspiration, seventeen years later. A different journey. No AI was used making this album. credits released October 30, 2026 Composed and Produced by Peter Fabok

contact at the deep bottom

9 track album, released January 11, 2026 TRANSMISSION LOG // DEEP-SEA RESEARCH VESSEL ATHANOR CLASSIFICATION: EYES ONLY / APEX CLEARANCE SUBJECT: Acoustic & Psychological Data Recovered from the "CONTACT AT THE DEEP BOTTOM" Event FILE DESIGNATION: ALBUM_ANOMALY_DB-77 The following log details the chronological audio data captured during the catastrophic/comms blackout event at the Apex Tremor Zone. This is not a curated artistic statement; it is a forensic sonic reconstruction of the incident. Data is presented in recovered chronological order. ..... FINAL ASSESSMENT (AUTOMATED SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC): Contact was made. Contact was bidirectional. The "Album" is the data trail. The entities engaged in what can be classified as Acoustic Ecological Integration—they did not just communicate; they began the process of sonically mapping and incorporating our presence into their environment. The Athanor and its crew are now a minor, persistent motif in the symphony of the deep. We are a remembered sound in a place that forgets nothing. This log is sealed. The sound persists. [mhrk475]

Pandacetamol

Below The Surface

12 track album, released November 15, 2025 The mighty Pandacetamol returns with an album of chunky and mysterious IDM. Coming out also in a beautiful limited digipak CD edition, this release is a spectacular first solo endeavour for him on Mahorka, after the collaboration album of Autonomaton + Pandacetamol, two albums of Cognition Delay (the group of him and Jeremy Rice / Abdicant), plus some outstanding remixes and compilation appearances. Positively addicted to his hardware music machines, the 12 tracks on "Below The Surface" have analogue warmth, cut through by glassy FM tones and intricate percussion. The overall effect is dizzying and immersive. Look below the surface and find a deep ocean of sound.
