After an extended hiatus, Stickleback is back with his new release. Bursting with verdant fecundity, this release is both intricate and experimental whilst still being sonorous. Four tracks of audio diversity have been competently complimented by the remix duties of fellow label artists Garagee, Arcane Trickster, Lonely Faces & LazyBoyProactive. Artwork for this release has been provided by Jonathon Goodfellow with his piece 'Undisclosed', which captures the abstract and complex nature of the music. "Silver Moon" is the debut album from Lonely Faces, the alter ego of Melbourne based producer Michael Baum. "Silver Moon" spans a variety of influences. Diverse in stylistic breadth, the album was created as an aural experiment on classic analogue synthesizers, heavily influenced by classic techno and electro sounds. Michael made his debut on Tempest Recordings as one half of liquid drum and bass outfit Guilty Hero, on their debut album "Sweethearts", before debuting Lonely Faces on our landmark 50th release.
The Baltimore Club we know today doesn’t exist without Rod Lee. Before 2005, Rod’s music was only ever released on hard-to-come-by 12-inch singles, largely only ever distributed around Baltimore. It was only after the release of a 7-volume series of mix CD’s in that year that his music began to leave Baltimore, and provided Rod with the ability to present his music in a long-form format on his terms, interspersed with CD exclusives and the occasional tracks from the community of his club peers at the time. "Vol. 5: The Official," released in 2005, is the installment of this series that put Baltimore Club on the map. It was the first nationally distributed Baltimore Club release, and the mix immortalized the most celebrated club track of all time - "Dance My Pain Away." After this CD was released, the track spread like wildfire and led to its inclusion in the soundtrack of the HBO TV Show "The Wire." This release marks the first time this mix – an artifact of Baltimore music and club music history as a whole – has been released on vinyl.

For more than a decade, Jesse has cultivated both a record label, Æther Sound, & Envelop, Minneapolis’ beloved deep listening series, creating rare spaces for listeners to experience adventurous music with intention. Following Envelop’s final showcase in 2025, its influence continues to resonate through the artists and community it helped foster. Æther Sound continues to explore new territories.
