Prze-Krój is the debut and wide-ranging album by Grzegorz Resiak, performing under the name Szczupac. Across ten tracks, he blends hip-hop, dancehall, reggae, trip-hop, electronics and bass-driven improvisation into a sound where sonic sensitivity meets unpredictable form.
Szczupac’s music resists easy categorisation. As songwriter, vocalist and producer, he creates his own musical language — full of contrasts, tension, space and rhythmic experimentation. Prze-Krój brings together different sides of his work, serving both as a cross-section of his musical interests and the first official release under the Szczupac name.
With more than four hundred original compositions published on YouTube, Resiak has been steadily developing a distinctive and highly personal approach to music.
