Forgotten Cities

4 track EP Forgotten Cities is about cities that have been left behind and forgotten by its people, inhabited only by those last few outcasts, the ones the system regurgitated. These are places where memories linger but eventually fade.

Unit-e

This album was inspired by oldschool Detroit techno and old sci-fi movies like Equilibrium, Blade Runner, Total Recall, Robocop and Ghost in the Shell. It brings about the need to unite up against a terrific foe were facing today. Ourselves. Recorded in live takes on the Elektron Digitone, Digitakt, Syntakt. Unearthed from projects that had been sitting on the Elektron´s drives and brought back to life with synth layers from the Minilogue XD. "In a totally sane society, madness is the only freedom." J.G. Deviant Sounds

These songs reflect the direction I have been trying to take in terms of electronic music creation. Deviant, antagonic and dissonant soundscapes attempt to recreate the urban, industrial and tech driven lives most of us are stuck with these days. Done using Elektron Digitakt, Digitone and Syntakt machines, Korg Minilogue, Arturia MicroFreak and an Echobrain Analog Delay. Timeline

Timeline is a collaboration between SHMIKESSS and Status Zero, first born in Berlin in 2025 and refined over the following year. Blending progressive trance with dub techno, the track moves on rolling percussion and a deep bassline, surrounded by atmospheric, acid-laced synth work that slowly shifts within the space around it. The idea behind Timeline came from the psychedelic exploration that reality may not be singular - that alternate versions of the present could exist alongside one another, moving through different timelines at the same time. Hypnotic, immersive and built around repetition, the track explores that feeling of slipping between parallel versions of the same moment. Timeline forms part of Status Zero’s forthcoming album coming soon.

Visions

Visions is the second album by Leonhardt März, released August 2026, six years after his debut album Sagittarius A and a catalogue of singles and EPs that have appeared on labels like SURAW, BLOK Records and Basse-Cour. Nine tracks and one question: where does the machine end and the man begin? Visions traces a path through systems, signals, and instinct, from the hypnotic atmospheres of the opening to the raw brutality of its final movements. It is an album about control and its absence, about the structures we build and the ones that build us.

Whispers of the Deep EP (Uploaded with more codes)

SHMIKESSS sinks deeper with Whispers of the Deep, a three-track EP that trades the surface for the undertow. Minimal, deep and hypnotic. Abyss leads: a weightless roller that suspends you and keeps you there, all restraint and tension, a groove that works best in the dark. Panthalassa opens the space wider with a house-ier undercurrent. Whispers of the Deep closes the descent, the most ancient and eerie of the three, equal parts club track and sound journey meditation.

About: 5o!dub This track was made using several layers drum samples that make you either feel it as fast or doubled down. It was used for an opening dance performance during an event series I'm curating called Recess. Making and listening to it gave me similar sensations to skateboarding (5-O) using smooth dubstep rhythmics (there you go you can understand this title now!). About: Aphotic Zone Probably the track that no one listened but everyone enjoyed. I guess it got below the radar when it came out. I'm quite happy with the result and it weirdly took me ages to finish it, getting stuck into the loop not knowing where it was going, then accepting that this is a loopy track and it needs to be like that and now I think it make sense, it sounds like me when I made it and it still sounds like me years after. If you're into clubby deep techno with background ethereal pads, might be for you! <3

Brenta [SR44]

Hiking alone off-trail through the mountainous wilderness of the Brenta Dolomites in Northern Italy back in 2017, Colombian American producer/dj and Bossa Nova Civic Club resident zorenLo found himself up the wrong side of the mountain and with one wrong move off the edge of a cliff. “I thought I was gonna die for sure,” he says recalling “a kind of life-flashing-before-my-eyes moment as I rolled seemingly endlessly down the mountain.” zorenLo landed with a broken elbow, busted phone, various unknown head wounds, and a surge of adrenaline in the face of survival that would carry him limping and delirious through the forty five minute long journey to the nearest stranger who called the medical helicopter that saved his life. “As I limped down the trail I felt a lot of blood coming from my head so I wanted to take a picture to see what the damage was.” Having broken his phone in the fall, he used a GoPro to take the photo that now comprises the artwork for his new single Brenta — zorenLo’s chaotic yet cathartic meditation on the accident that nearly ended his life. Initially recorded during a ten-day stint in an Italian hospital immediately post his accident, Brenta is the culmination of a trilogy of releases zorenLo wrote inspired by that day and released via Circular Jaw and Loveless Records. Balancing experimental sensibilities with a clear narrative structure that literally tells the story of that day, Brenta is a peak for the young producer’s already fruitful output.
