On Umbriel, beneath the blackened ice of Wunda crater, the Great Old Ones do not die. Their monstrous, deformed, grinning faces remain imprisoned beneath geological eternities of frozen darkness, their impossible anatomies petrified in positions no living organism should be capable of assuming. Motionless forever, we tell ourselves. Dead because they do not move. Harmless because they do not answer. And somewhere beneath kilometres of ancient ice, something remembers how to move. Perhaps this is the only revelation awaiting us beyond the familiar light of our little world: that there was never any dead space at all. That the darkness between celestial bodies is filled with old dreams, frozen gods, incorporeal parasites and memories belonging to things born before memory itself. That every telescope we point toward the heavens is merely another candle carried foolishly into an infinite abandoned corridor. Claw Of Midnight — crooked alter-ego of Rhode Island psychedelic dungeon-synth legend Old Moth Dreams — returns with twelve phosphorescent abnormalities assembled cadavre-exquis-style from one long, finely smoked improvisational séance. Minimal post-production. Maximum organism. Absolute freedom. ORGASMIC CHAOS. Analog keyboards purr against kalimba droplets. Magnus organ exhales velvet ectoplasm. Toy guitar, ukulele, bass, melodica and assorted little miracles crawl over each other / under each other / inside each other until instrumentation becomes irrelevant and everything melts into one enormous lubricated sound-world. Dungeon synth gone bad. Doom/stoner metal eating glowing mushrooms behind the cemetery. 1973 arthouse horror soundtracks copulating with dark prog. Noise in the wallpaper. Occult psych in the bloodstream. Opiated synthwave drowning beautifully in a bathtub of violet milk.
The Cave is a story of a king assembling his finest warriors to defeat The Necromancer who has taken claim to ruins on the outskirts of the kingdom. Songs of glory and songs of sacrifice. The price of victory is often paid in blood.

The burden is gone. I feel light. Has everything always been this simple? I leave everything behind. The only thing I need. I want to be free. Here at the top of the tower, I watch above everything. I hear the wind blowing through the fields. I watch the night sleep without resting myself. Not even the tower answers me. Not even it seems to be on my side, even though I built it. Thick clouds roll over me. My mind plays tricks on me, which I try to unravel during sleepless nights. The tower falls. And I with it. This album takes influence from DungeonSynth, Comfy Synth, Trap, Trip Hop, Boom Bap, Black Metal, and K-pop. The End of Acardi the Ivy King follows the journey of a powerful yet reluctant wizard as he battles a dragon, dies, and wakes up in another plane of existence.
Zuknix the Toad has been observing his master, Kalinibus the Wizard. Little does the old Wizard know that Zuknix has inhaled the magic of one too many a potion and has now developed the capacity to cast spells. One morning Zuknix begins an incantation in his cage...
