Happy to re-release Sentinel! I first released this EP exactly a year ago, and since then I have vastly improved as a performer and producer. The result is a revamped version of this little EP that oozes attitude. Expect soaring highs, deep lows, distorted guitars and melodic basslines all within an almost 13 minute runtime.

The Dirty Water formed in Toronto in 2010 over a shared love of wigged out fuzz, Great Lakes punk, stoned R&B, stabbed amps and panic rock. For these veterans of local units like The Sinisters, The Flamejobs, Drunkula and others, the recipe has always been simple: take your favourite sounds from when music was actually scary, double dip in beer batter, and deep-fry to a distorted crisp. Til now few recordings have come close to capturing their infernal live sound, a dinosaur stampede of royally clobbered drums, amps too hot to touch and a singer locked in a life and death battle with his demons. Freshly out of retirement, and WAY worse for wear, the Dirty Water are finally back to settle the score
