The album dEATh by Kyoto experimental noise-sludge band EAT is a punishing and uncompromising magnum opus of auditory devastation. dEATh merges massive, down-tuned doom riffs with suffocating layers of raw noise. Split across two massive side-long movements (Side A and Side B), the album operates less like a traditional song cycle and more like a slow-moving industrial train wreck.
