Maggots is the third 6-track EP from Svaj.
My debut EP! I originally made the first song as a demo for a drummer I was going to audition for but It then kinda spiraled out of control and almost 3 weeks later I wrote enough material to make short album worth of music. If you enjoy the likes of Slint, XTC, Shellac and Godspeed You! Black Emperor than I encourage you to give it a shot. Turn on, tune in, and drop out -Millard
When bad things happen but you still manage to be a decent human being
Ancient rites and local folklore collide where shadows rule the night and the iron tracks yield no escape. From the strict, bloody rules of All Hallows' Eve to the hypnotic scarlet eyes lurking high on the trestle, this two-track dispatch drags the listener headfirst into the terrifying pull of urban legend. 'My Name is Sam' inspired by "Trick 'r Treat". 'The Track to Hell (Goatman)' is inspired by a Louisville area cryptid.
Generative AI is taking over more and more of the creative space, as well as in the world in general. I wrote this song as a response to that. Spoiler alert: I don't like it much.
Wandering Floodlights is an album about oppositions and friction, with themes like isolation, paranoia, body horror, love and religion all in the mix. I hope it's a poetic listen, but it was definitely a spiritual experience for me to write and sing it. Musically, this album veers in some new directions to my previous. I sample quite a bit of my acoustic guitar and xylophones. Much of the bass is raunchy and filthy and pulled from hard drive dungeons unknown. I hope you enjoy listening and maybe catch a little spark or two in your ears.
Lithium and a Lollipop is my 8th album, recorded deep in the Sonoran Desert. This record is full of wonky, warped samples of a couple of my cheap guitars, a minichord, my voice, and various found instruments (like my metal water bottle). The overall sound is a kind of mutant bluesy electronic rock (light). The songs are autobiographical at their core, but aren't necessarily anchored to some "my reality." As a person who has dealt with mental illness most of my life, it is the liminal spaces between reality, fiction, and spirit that tend to fill my lyrics.
Our latest single, thank you all for the support! :)
“Reflection” by Left of Mars is the first single from the forthcoming four-track EP “Songs out of Glass”. It’s a flowing, evolving song about escaping the greyness of everyday life, rediscovering your unguarded, creative self and never letting it fade again, whatever the cost.
"Spectres" is a sonic and psychological exploration of the darkest territories of the human soul. The track stems from the need to give a voice to those hidden, secret, and often disowned sides that each of us shelters deep within. In a society that constantly pushes toward an artificial and blinding overexposure, this song moves in the opposite direction, celebrating the allure of our inner mystery that makes unique all of us.

Running in at 50 minutes 'It's Time to Bounce, Amigo!' is a shorter and sweeter affair compared to the self-titled sister album released earlier this year. The goal this time around was to challenge myself a little bit and create an album with shorter catcher songs and have me singing on every track (no filler all killer!). I wanted to get this done before I moved to Miami so I was in a bit of a time crunch but I think I did a good job with the time and resources I had. I am especially proud of songs like melting world and the title track, really proud of how I layered my vocal harmonies on those tracks =D I was influenced more by punk and dance acts this time around with the likes of Pixies, Shellac, Lizzy Mercier Descloux, and Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft being on my mind when working on this project. I wanted this album to reflect my taste a little bit and show the breath of what I can do. It's a little proggy, It's a little industrial, It's a little groovy, and it's a little bit crass! To be honest my life since moving here has been pretty hectic so far with me trying to find a part-time job and going to FIU fulltime so I'm not sure when I'll return to the John Titor moniker. I want to integrate myself in the south Florida music scene and start collaborating with more people and doing that will obviously take more of my free time away. I feel obligated to at least release one more album under this stage name and wrap up things in a nice bow. Whenever I find my routine and settle in I'll hopefully be back running this time machine in a jiffy but we'll see. Only time will tell! Thank you for listening and have a safe travel from the other side - Millard (Turn on, tune in, drop out!)
Recorded between August 2025 and January 2026, 'John Titor’s Time Machine' is the culmination of six months of hard work, many sleepless late nights, and obsessive refinements and revisions. It is a concept album about John Titor (a time traveler from the year 1998) being trapped in an alternate timeline where Joseph Smith successfully turned Mormonism into the biggest religion in America. Soundtracked and influenced by the likes of Squid, Siouxsie and the Banshees, and The Police, it chronicles the tale of a lone time traveler unwilling voyage into a eco-brutalist hellscape that is inspired by the works of Ray Bradbury and Aldous Huxley! Be prepared to be taken on a journey and to look beyond the veil that blinds us all. Turn on, tune in, drop out. Safe travels from the other side- Millard
An inherited curse slowly suffocates a fragile sense of self, weaving ancient sins directly into the bloodline. Guided by unseen hands toward an inescapable crown, a blind descent into darkness becomes an ordained, inescapable fate.
