The Remakquels return with their fourth album, Shutter Memoriae. A 12-track soundtrack for a cinepoem, assembled the way Hockney built his photographic joiners: fragment by fragment, seams left showing. It begins with a hundred eyes, one moment, never the whole picture – the lens turns inwards: zooming until the face becomes grain, the grain becomes star, the star connects the dark.
