Landing Craft

Landing Craft is a Minneapolis-based Alternative rock band, that was algorithmically branded 'Hostage rock' which they thought was sort of clever, in an abstract way, but sort of dumb, so it stuck. What is closer, though, is that they align more with the 90s post-hardcore landscape, taking elements of math, slowcore, shoegaze and wrapping it into melodic dual guitar fuzziness with soft, elliot smith-like vocals. RIYL Hum, Shiner or Jawbox.
