This journey comes to an end: third and final chapter of this love letter to the argentinian radio, covering the '80s! A decade that saw the people getting free from the dictatorship, but also, hand in hand with the return of democracy, felt the presence of new genres: heavy metal, punk and 'música divertida' (our take in new wave), along with the first recognitions of what will be the stars of the next decade, cuarteto and cumbia. Of course, the ghost of the military is still there, but being free is also the right to enjoy yourself and laugh hard with a new language of the modern radio shows that broke the traditions of seriousness in transmissions. Una década que vio al pueblo liberarse de la dictadura, pero también, de la mano con el regreso de la democracia, sentir la presencia de nuevos géneros: heavy metal, punk y 'música divertida' (nuestra forma de new wave), junto con los primeros reconocimientos de lo que serían las estrellas de la próxima década, el cuarteto y la cumbia. Por supuesto, el fantasma de los milicos todavía está ahí, pero ser libre es también el derecho de divertirte y reírte fuerte con un nuevo lenguaje de los modernos programas de radio que rompieron la tradición de la seriedad en las transmisiones.
