Lye Bath

Maryland

Emerging from the crypts of Maryland, Lye Bath is a goth-tinged, post-punk band, leaning heavily on punk influences. Their 2026 demo, “Revolution Winter”, is an homage to the “Revolution Summer” movement born within the Washington, D.C. music scene during the mid to late 80s. The sounds heard throughout their four-song demo reflect their admiration and respect toward the bands that paved the way, while making their own unique statement with cold, dead hearts. Lye Bath has established themselves throughout Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, supporting such local stalwarts as Cryptid Summer and Seclusion, as well as opening for such touring acts as Bullshit Detector and The Shape. United by a shared vision, Lye Bath seeks to help build a stronger community, while extending their reach regionally.
