PASTORAL

9 track album, released September 18, 2026 as free (cc) digital download and in beautiful limited CD edition. PASTORAL is a French-Belgian ambient music and visual arts duo associated with the Transcultures center, founded in 2010 by Christophe Bailleau (French musician and visual artist) and Philippe Franck (sound artist, critic, and founder of Transcultures). The duo's artistic style is a blend of ambient, post-folk electronica, and post-rock, combining ethereal or earthy sound textures, impressionistic melodies, video projections, and poetic texts. Their debut album "L’échappée belle" was released in 2019 by the Transonic label (produced by Transcultures) together with a book of diptychs pairing color photographs by Christophe Bailleau with poetic fragments by Philippe Franck. The duo's final project "Suspended Night" was left unfinished before Philippe Franck's death in 2025. It was resumed and completed in 2026 by Christophe Bailleau in collaboration with Transonic and Mahorka. "This is the last PASTORAL album. PASTORAL was a door to an open world. Unterm Rad

13 track album, released September 14, 2026 as free (cc) digital download and in beautiful limited CD edition. Unterm Rad is the electronic music of media artist and producer Mike Slansky. His music is information-rich and crafted with painstaking detail, characterized by bold, complex percussion with deep layers of texture and atmosphere. An early recruit of Tympanik Audio, Slansky went on to co-found the Point Source Electronic Arts record label and creative community. Alongside this work, he is a performer in the groups REKT, Mesaverde, and Tokataur, known for frequent collaborations and remixes with friends & fellow creators: Hecq (Ben Lukas Boysen), Ginormous, Anatoly Grinberg (Tokee), Mark Spybey (DVOA), Access to Arasaka, The Fellow Passenger, Room of Wires, among many more. And now after a warm welcome to the roster, Mahorka presents Unterm Rad's latest album, "The Getaway". Composed entirely of short instrument clips & other sounds provided in Point Source's "Genome" sample kit, each carefully edited, processed and sequenced, evolving into something new. No synthesizers, AI or any other sound sources were employed in making this, in the spirit of the "Genome" open source project. "The Getaway" is a series of rapid, erratic chases through tightly packed, dim narrow alleyways, with danger waiting around every jagged corner. But press on, the way out is through. The Last Five Minutes

6 track album, released September 6, 2026 The Last Five Minutes (TL5M) are Alberto Carozzi (bass and guitar) and Matteo Uggeri (laptop) who have played together for over twenty years. Both are involved also in other projects: together in Sparkle in Grey, Matteo with Open to the Sea, Barnacles and Starlight Assembly (along with Dominic Appleton of Breathless and This Mortal Coil). They play a mixture of beat oriented experimental form of ambient music. When live, they perform "Not Indispensable Wonders", an audiovisual performance where every element is in dialogue: the space, the audience, the present moment, so the music is entirely improvised. They believe in sincronicity and in the beauty of everyday. "Blind End Now" is their debut album on Mahorka, following Matteo's appearance on the label with Open to the Sea (reworking Stefan Christoff's piano pieces). For it Alberto recorded crackles from vinyl loops on his turntable. Then freely laid down bass tracks - with no BPM reference - in his home studio in Usmate Velate. He later sent them to Matteo. Who added rhythms and other sounds in Milan. It all took place in the spring of 2020. A time everyone remembers. Aged for about five years. Pulsar + Demetrio Cecchitelli

3 track album, released August 29, 2026 Leonardo Pucci, also known as Pulsar, is an electronic musician, drummer and independent curator based in Foligno (Umbria, Italy). Demetrio Cecchitelli, who has already released two works on Mahorka (Ruins, 2021 and Combination with Andrea Marinelli, 2022), pursues a spontaneous exploration of deep listening and expressive freedom. The two musicians met in 2022 for the event series Sintesi Festival organised by Leonardo, and immediately hatched the idea of making a record together in the future. Here it is now “Fade In Brighter Age”, a space-ambient, mellow and liquid cassette released on the label run by Ivo Petrov. Enriched by the trumpet contributions of close collaborator Jacopo Buda, the record unfolds across both sides with a 15-minute long-form track (Cosmic Dream) on the first side, and two instrumental joyous soundtrack with glossy hues on side B. An engaging blend of avant-garde and minimalist atmospheres, equally suspended in a playful and lively immateriality, as if simply enjoying making music in a small, yet well-equipped home studio. SPTW

12 track album, released August 21, 2026 SPTW (Some Pretend to Whisper) is the crossroad where sound collagists Perkin Warbek and Stakha meet. "Delicately mistreated samples, warped instrumentations, repeated loops, liquefied vocals, scraps of arrangements here and there, abstract swarming, analog tape textures and a few minimalist beats cleverly distilled from hip-hop influences... these are some of the ingredients used by Some Pretend to Whisper to shape its strange daydreams" EUTHYMIA is SPTW's long-lasting effort to overcome mental issues so as to reach peace and stability in a more and more fragile and inconsistent world. These 12 tracks should be viewed as a time-capsule reflecting the inner thoughts and feelings of its two members whilst keeping their heads above deep water. Autonomaton

25 track album, released August 14, 2026 "Collected not lost" is a decade of Autonomaton's work, outside of LPs and EPs, collected. The music was released in the period from 2015 to the end of 2025. It's done mostly through dubbing and overdubbing sound approaches. Both computer and hardware were used. Programmed or live. The tracks included have been released mostly on VA collections of works, through various online labels from around the globe: Animal Breaks (BE); Ohm Resistance (USA); Treetrunk (USA); DIGITAL DIZZY (UK) - dismissed; EcoSci (BG); eden.deeply (AU); Linear Obsessional Recordings (UK); Petroglyph Music (NOR); Studio 4632 (USA) - dismissed; Cian Orbe (CL); We are all ghosts (UK); Cousin Silas Emporium (UK); Doomcore Records (DE); L.O.T.R (FR); Attenuation Circuit (DE); Mahorka (BG); and couple of self-released entities. Included are various (re)mixes, versions and rebuilds for different artists like Cousin Silas, Passenger of Shit, Mystfied, Emerge!, Protuberance, Teeth of Divine and couple others. These three albums will take you mostly through 3 aspects of Autonomatons sound - teknoiz, ambient drone and dub breakz, reflected also in the title of each volume. The music on the albums will follow this trajectory, starting with noises and drones, then turning to more fluffy ambient and in the final chapter entering the zone of dub and breakz. Sunken Cages

12 track album, released August 7, 2026 Neram Pularumbol (As The Dawn Breaks) is Sunken Cages’ long-awaited follow-up to his 2021 debut on On The Corner Records. Over the past 5 years he has developed an idiosyncratic production style that blends South Indian folk instruments with electronic drums, dark synths, drones and industrial textures to create a freshly deconstructed global club music. Evoking resynthesis - a processing method in electronic music that analyzes sounds to extract their fundamental component, as a guiding metaphor, he has produced tracks that confronted conservative views of culture as something frozen, solidified and sanctified, thus resistant to change. For this collaborative album, he tapped genre-blurring music producers, vocalists and multi-instrumentalists from all over the globe. Rani Jambak, an Indigenous Indonesian composer, producer, instrument designer and vocalist, brought haunting vocals, chants to “Athiraavile.” Indo-Californian producer Kush Arora, known for fusing deconstructed Punjabi music with Industrial, Dancehall, reworked “Idakka” for a noisier and more propulsive narrative. Kuza, a Classically trained South African vocalist, bridged the gap between Gqom and a ghostly Aria. Additionally, remixers Lila Tirando a Violeta (Uruguay), Masma Dream World (Gabon/US), and El Kontessa (Egypt), along with Mahorka staples Weldroid (Hungary/Sweden), and Moki McFly (Phillipines) brought their distinctive signature sounds to reinvent the original tracks. Hans Castrup + James Hill

5 track album, released July 31, 2026 Following the spectacular debut of the duo "Hybrid Rain and Liquid Paper" on Mahorka in 2024, the long-awaited second album from Hans Castrup and James Hill is here! In contrast to "Hybrid Rain...", James Hill's trumpets are not done on the base of Hans Castrup's electronics - they were recorded as short takes by James Hill in his studio and then - in the way of remixing - re-edited, layered, stretched and tuned by Hans Castrup. This resulted in a new kind of industrial jazz orchestral sound. Additionally Hans Castrup plays with pianos, keyboards, xylophone, tapes and field recordings and, notably, he also makes extensive use of the studio itself as an instrument. The recordings have been deliberately left ‘raw’ – in the style of jazz recordings, without extensive use of compressors or general volume enhancement.
