MICROMECHA and UNDERSAKEN met online through an interesting turn of fate. Both had a shared idea: they desired to experiment with chopped, screwed and slowed down drum and bass/jungle music. They wanted, at the same time and in different parts of the world, to label their sound tests as "Barber Breaks" and through that shared idea alone, they united between vast distances to make it so. Like a Knight from the medieval past and a Mecha Warrior from the distant future, they transcended the boundaries of time and space, joining forces and causes.
