Recorded between sea and sky, Realms unfolds as a one-hour ambient voyage a meditative dialogue between sound, silence, and the living landscape of Lesvos island.
Built on layers of evolving pads, deep drones, and organic textures, the album blends analog warmth with natural field recordings: wind moving through olive trees, distant waves against volcanic rock, birds echoing through ancient stone.
Throughout the journey, soft spoken narration appears like a guiding presence a voice that breathes through the music rather than above it. Guitars shimmer in the distance, world percussion drifts beneath the surface, and subtle rhythmic pulses rise and dissolve like tides.
Realms moves through six meditative states Awakening, Motion, Memory, Reflection, Expansion, Return each a sonic landscape of stillness and transformation.
Written, performed and produced by Dimmat, this album is both an introspective sound experience and a tribute to the soul of the Aegean: minimal, luminous, endlessly returning to itself.
