The 100th Owlripper (released December 20, 2023) was a biggie; FFO doom, sludge, psychedelic, stoner, grunge, rock & metal, Yob, Monolord, Elephant Tree, Alice In Chains, Windhand, Ufomammut and the like. It is a fantastic honour to release through Owlripper this wonderfully epic, immersive piece of atmospheric and psychedelic doom by Uncle Woe, a two piece studio project based in Ontario, Canada and Melbourne, Australia. They specialise in big songs, heavily hypnotic riffs and progressions, in-depth story telling and sublime artwork to wrap their releases inside, and in the case of 'Well', it is no different. There is a stunning animated video to accompany the anthemic title track (which is included in the download here as well).
