Late Night Air Terminal

Late Night Air Terminal

Death of. This is not a liminal space, this place is headed by a movement that wishes to impose its identity upon me. I'm surrounded in all directions by TV screens with an endless slew of social media clips and advertisements for credit cards and jewelry and all kinds of ai. Objects and pictures stored in glass cases on the wall serve as loose acknowledgements to the indigenous sacred spaces we have paved over, and we continue to pave over them. These buildings have become a hub for the spread of illnesses my government intentionally neglects. I can't even imagine what the environmental impact of this place is either. Yes, I think the world has gotten worse, but I'm also simply seeing more and more of what has already been here. This is an ode to the beauty of airports that can only be found in memory.
