Social Treble

Dead Reckoning... The Last Known Location is the debut album from Social Treble, and it follows him through twelve instrumental chapters. Bangalore, 2031. A software architect inside a network that sells his attention in real time, he files a wellness flag and receives a tracking number in place of a visitor. He learns to wear a calm face for the sensors, and finds that his colleagues are wearing the same one. He shelters an old brass tuning fork that no system can measure. After eleven minutes alone in an audit cubicle, watching his own pulse become evidence, he reads his contract the way an investigator reads a crime scene, and finds the clause that lets him leave: stay unseen by the sensors for 224 seconds. He walks the main avenue without leaving one byte of clean data, and arrives at a bench, a sparrow and a morning that nobody is scoring. The ending refuses a victory lap. The silence after a system has edges of its own, and the last two chapters are about what a person builds when nothing is measuring it. Inspired by a real story.
