Economic collapse, societal breakdown, the war against terror, water scarcity, food riots, corporate domination, religious fundamentalism, corrupt politicians and police in the hands of a malignant press baron, chaotic weather systems, nuclear meltdowns, peak oil, ecological disasters. Welcome to the 21st century. Keep your head down, don’t ask questions, stay at home watch TV, everything will be just fine. Life is just a spectator sport and we all invited to witness the end. Observe The Fall consolidates the musical ideas of the earlier Quartersized EPs from these into a more coherent sonic landscape that takes it influences from early industrial, dubstep, film scores and IDM to create a dark dystopian soundtrack for a world teetering on the bring of collapse. Get yourself comfortable and observe the fall. Originally released in 2011 and the only truly full Quartersized album.
