"Dystopianopolis" is a somewhat exaggerated, not-so-distant futuristic cityscape where its staggering number of inhabitants are being governed in a rigid and structured manner. In time, the residents of this place become institutionalized and appear to live in a type of "safe and tranquil harmony" - quite used to the methodical way of everyday life, and almost fearing the idea of speaking out in resistance. Low subterranean drones with atmospheric, ethereal urbanized sounds; created using a blend of distorted guitar riffs and field recordings captured with both standard dynamic and contact microphones.
