“Sólo en Nuestra Cabeza” is the debut album by Manic Vice - a near one-hour journey through psychedelic and progressive rock, deeply rooted in the spirit of the late 60s and 70s, including echoes of the Canterbury scene, yet shaped with a voice of its own. Formed in 2021, Manic Vice is not a nostalgic act. It’s an obsession. Four young musicians immersed in the sounds, structures and atmospheres of another era, reinterpreting them with a fresh and instinctive approach. Across 11 tracks, the album moves between luminous psychedelia, ambitious progressive passages and melody-driven songwriting. Long, evolving compositions sit alongside more immediate moments, all refined and rebuilt specifically for this record. Recorded with producer Pablo Solo, the album captures a balance between vintage sensibility and present-day clarity: organic, dynamic and unhurried, allowing every section to breathe.
