Melbourne singer and producer BlaininC puts out his new slow synthwave single "Love Ends on Time" through Slice Records on 24 October 2026 It's his first solo release on the label, following this year's Still Life EP with Robodop Snei as Interstellar Travellers. The name BlaininC is literal: Blain, in the scale of C. Blain Crellin learned classical piano in the 1970s, played synthesisers through the 80s, and from 1989 to 1991 presented the 2am to 6am shift on Melbourne's Triple R. He started releasing music as BlaininC in 2021. Since then he's put out the Street Walker EP and the Gravity in Motion LP (2022), the seven-track Water World LP (2025), and the single "I'm Home (The sky it falls)" in May this year. “Love Ends on Time” is slow, moody synthwave built around Blain’s voice. Hazy synths and a low, rolling bassline give it a late-night pull, and the vocal keeps it warm and human. 15 track album, released August 23, 2020 Tokee is an alter-ego of the Russian/Israeli composer and sound engineer Anatoly Grinberg who has released numerous solo and collaborative albums and is mostly known as prominent Dark Ambient / Cinematic Drone / Industrial music composer. Tokee's new album "Stages", though, can be described as having roots in the early 80' synth wave and synth pop. This specific sound, amazingly aesthetically preserved also by the remixers with their unique twists on side B of the tape, and the very coming out as special cassette artefact take us back to Anatoly's childhood and youth before the Soviet Union was split, where those early electronica sounds fascinated and inspired him, and in many cases they were found on or recorded to tapes. DANCING GHOSTS, cosmic jets shaped by intergalactic winds, or playful spirits? DANCING GHOSTS by ACTIVE DARK FILAMENT features nine original electronic compositions which move from mellow to metallic, and everything in-between. DANCING GHOSTS PART I starts with a circular sequence seemingly asking a question, and matched with funky, percussive sounds. Overlain by a sonorous melody and discordant long tones, it eventually morphs into the Dancing Ghost “theme”.
The theme of this release is the origin of time and the unanswered attendant questions. Is time real, like space (and taxes) or is it an illusion? If it is real, is its rate of flow malleable, as in Einstein's relativity, or is it rigidly fixed? There is even the conjecture that our psychological state (whether feeling enthralled or bored) determines the flow of time. Many questions to ponder while listening to this release! The release features twelve new electronic compositions which embrace a range of musical approaches from accessible to ambient, and all the way to abstract experimentation.
“Mariners of Space and Time” reflects on the Golden Age of science fiction in the 20th century, an imaginary journey to the boundaries of both space and time. The music is realized using both analog and digital gear, as well as drum machines and virtual instruments.

"ADAPTIVE INFERENCE" is an Artificial Intelligence term that describes AI's ability to react and adapt to whatever input humans throw at it. With increasing societal concerns about artificial intelligence, many creative artists are releasing projects geared towards this theme. This collection features 6 long-form electronic pieces, created using a mix of analog and digital synthesizers, drum machines, and fretted and fretless electric basses. As with previous releases, the music draws from the sounds and styles of classic Krautrock and Berlin School artists, but also at times employs elements of jazz, progressive rock, and industrial.
