To celebrate Samhain and the transition into the darker end of the year we invited artists to submit a piece of work using the word ‘skeletons’ as their stimulus, Leaving this entirely open for artists to interpret in any way they chose resulted in a broad range of musical styles and interesting sounds being submitted. Despite the disparate nature of many of the pieces they are brought together in the commonality of the theme, that is tangible throughout the set. Across the 2.5 hour set you will hear ominous drones, brooding synths, hypnotic percussion, distorted guitars soundscapes, spectral textures and eerie voices, chants and song. We hope you enjoy... Migration was released five years ago, so to celebrate the milestone, I'm giving away copies for free! Outside of writing music, one of my other passions is photography. I often focus on taking pictures that capture rare moments or new perspectives of the world. For this project, each song was inspired by an image I took that conveys a similar location or mood, highlighting the fragile beauty of Earth. Selections from this album have been featured across several dozen episodes of Echoes, a long-running syndicated public radio show in the USA, and was ranked in their Top 25 albums in March, 2023. I never expected this to gain so much traction, and it's really been a surreal experience knowing these songs have been played on radio stations across the country. I still can't believe that so many people have heard and connected with these songs. I truly appreciate all your support! -Ed

Fragments II is the second instalment of Kh3rtis' memories from the future. A collection of sonics that demystify the worlds further afield of the Voltang System. Beyond Bhroodonia and Shole, lie the worlds of Mazium and the Jade Federation. At its strength, this uneasy alliance has been known to bring destruction to many a civilisation on this plane, carving prosperity for the Dvy and Jade. Though not all is well for the Federation, as co-operation descends into self-protectionism. This EP tugs at this thread and dips it's toe into the lore that shall inevitably unfold. Safe Travels <3
"Fragments I" is a three track EP that hints towards memories of the future. As Khertis' canon becomes more apparent, these are small stories that hint at what is to come. For the first time we are propelled to his home world of Bhroodonia whereby we explore the optimistic melancholy of the Bhroodonians themselves.

ARID is a 2022 release from Active Dark Filament on WEATNU Records. The cover image portrays the dichotomy created by the climate crisis, where regions of the world are victims both of fire, and paradoxically, of water. The music is sequencer-driven electronic music with many influences, including ambient, jazz, industrial and progressive rock. On this EP, there is a greater use of unusual time signatures.
