Thank you to all our listeners and new followers. Nijino Records is a collective from Fukushima, bringing together a wide spectrum of music: from radical punk and Japanoise to J-pop, jazz funk, and refined classical works connected to the Koriyama Citizens Orchestra. Some listeners have described our music as "genre unidentifiable" — we take that as a compliment. To make it easier to explore, we have recently organized our releases across different Bandcamp pages: Jap Sakaki Bandcamp: Punk / Hardcore / Japanoise japsakaki.bandcamp.com Classical Nijinos: Classical works and orchestral recordings nerdrecordsnijinos2.bandcamp.com Nijino Records: A complete archive of all styles nijinorecords.bandcamp.com

This was actually supposed to be our first Vocaloid album. However, Hatsune Miku's high-pitched voice was not able to express the mature atmosphere. And we couldn't deny that each track had a cluttered impression due to too many guitar sounds and too much sound processing. So we replaced them with Kuzuda-Yone (UTAU)'s deep vocals instead of Hatsune Miku. When we omitted some of Shigeru and Takumaro's guitars from all of these songs and added my rhythmically unstable improvised jazz electric organ, the expression of these tracks changed completely. Roberto Maxwell The band, 'Love Dolls,' was a duo formed by Hiroyuki Watanabe, a classical music composer and punk rocker living in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture, and his friend. (Since 2013) After that, Hiroyuki and his local friend Jap Sakaki decided to act as an "Unspecified Number of Bands (Love Dolls)" to help the musicians they knew, mainly in Fukushima.(Spanish friends living in Japan joined us as members) This band has the potential to expand even further, with the addition of our friends from other prefectures and countries, such as our friends from Nagasaki. Members of this unique band can present their work solo, in collaborations, in regular rock band formations, (and even with large orchestras.) As everyone in the world knows, Fukushima has an eternal nuclear problem. Despite all this, we want to provide our listeners with the best slightly experimental pop (and classical) music and hope that you will enjoy it. We would like to express our deepest gratitude and respect to all the fans who have supported us up until now, whether directly or indirectly. Shigeru (Jap) Sakaki

Below is our original Bandcamp label: Nijino Records nijinorecords.bandcamp.com *Now that the release order for the music of Tatsuya Mori's original project "V.A Hentai Heroin" has become clear, from now on he plans to release a series of straight punk, nonstop violent punk works (or works in the heavy metal direction that Tatsuya originally wanted to do, but since most of the members were not interested in refining their instrumental techniques, they had no choice but to end up being punk). Over the past few years, KohenMen and Okuchin of Stupid Noise Samurai have been digging up demo cassettes of their old recordings. Their next idea was to reconstruct these demos with modern equipment and re-release them as albums under the name Stupid Noise Samurai on Bandcamp. They hoped that these 100 gems in the rough would serve as slightly polished gemstones, providing material for a trip back to the 1990s (even for their long-time listeners). Since they also have work as a punk/no wave band, I've decided to reissue these cassettes (all UNTITLED albums) daily on my Bandcamp and Nijino Records for a while. They were also partly involved with the late Tatsuya Mori's punk/metal band project "V.A.Hentai Heroin," so we hope listeners will enjoy the reissues of those works (which are straight-up punk'n Slush Metal). "Untitled" would be boring, so I'm bringing these albums to you from anarchic Fukushima as part of the "ENSHITTIFICATION Series," dedicated to the record label with which some of us had a falling out. The Legacy of S.A. (Remastered)

The Legacy of S.A. (Remastered)

Shigeru Sakaki

This is the work of a friend from Nagasaki. He is already sixty years old, yet he still chases his singular vision of the avant-garde, as if time itself were merely another obsolete convention to be dismantled and discarded. This particular piece traces the life of the Japanese prime minister who was gunned down 2022. But it does not present his story as solemn history. Instead, it approaches him like a distorted reflection in a carnival mirror—recognizable, yet warped by irony and unease. Through biting humor and theatrical exaggeration, the artist exposes how deceptive, theatrical, and at times outright deranged the policies of Japan. truly were. The laughter the work provokes is uncomfortable laughter—the kind that reveals truths people would rather not face. Some of the paintings themselves emit sound. When you stand before them, faint murmurs, fractured speeches, and ghostly echoes seem to seep from the pigment, as if the canvas remembers everything. These sonic fragments mock the foolishness of his loyal entourage—the hollow men who circled him like obedient satellites, many of whom still walk freely, untouched by consequence. Their voices linger, disembodied, ridiculous, and faintly sinister. There is a sense that the artist is not merely documenting a man, but performing a quiet autopsy on power itself. The colors flicker between reverence and accusation. The figures seem to dissolve at the edges, as if history is already erasing them, grain by grain. And yet, beneath the satire and noise, there is something more intimate: the portrait of a nation caught between memory and amnesia, between spectacle and truth. The work does not shout. It hums. It waits. It watches. Even now, decades into his life, the artist continues forward, stubborn and unyielding, pursuing that invisible horizon where art stops being decoration and becomes a weapon—sharp enough to cut through illusion, and patient enough to outlive the men it condemns.
